Old Business:
Clay targets have arrived and are in their respective locations.
Proposed dates for the summer meeting/fun day.  Members were requested to come to next months meeting with suggested dates, and activities.
Was moved and seconded that we change to 4 meetings this summer, to include May, June, July and August.  This will give those members who work shifts and nights additional time to meet the meeting requirements.
New members: Tony Jack, Doug Rogers, Robert Underwood and Patrick Priest.
There was some discussion on the need and length of the “waiver”.  Was the decision to keep the requirements as previously noted.  Required each time a person enters the club, must wear an ID sticker and sign the waiver sheet along with the member bringing them.  The exceptions are those people who belong to a regulated program such as the Scholastic Clay Target program or the BSA Ventureing Crew or any such program authorized by board and member approvals.
Members were reminded that they were to wear their membership ID’s, visible while on club property.
Members were reminded that SAFETY is paramount at all times.  Safety rules were explained.
  Changes to the by-laws included:
NO ATV’s on club property, except for maintenance to club facilities.  ABSOLUTELY NO 3 WHEELERS.  Any one operating a 4 wheeler must be a fully licensed driver.
No cap on the number of members.

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to utilize club property unless they are accompanied by an adult club member, appropriate waivers must be signed if they are not the parents of the youth.
The number of board members may include up to but not to exceed 15.
Was moved and seconded to accept the by-laws as amended, motion passed the first reading.
CRGC participation with the BSA Ventureing Crew Program was approved.
Was suggested that the club may need to be heated year round.  This will require insulation and installation of a demand water heater.
